1.Request a Contract Quote from A+ Playgrounds:
Contact our team for a free site consultation. We will design your playground and provide an itemized proposal specifically referencing our TIPS contract number and your pre-negotiated volume pricing.
2.Submit Your PO:
Generate your Purchase Order made payable to A+ Playgrounds, referencing our TIPS contract number. For a hassle-free experience, email your PO directly to our team at aplusplaygrounds@outlook.com, and we will submit it to TIPS on your behalf. Alternatively, you may email your PO and our proposal directly to the cooperative at tipspo@tips-usa.com.
3.TIPS Processes the Order:
TIPS quickly reviews the documents to ensure compliance, registers the purchase for your official audit records, and forwards the approved order back to A+ Playgrounds.
4.Manufacturing & Installation:
Once approved, we immediately begin processing your equipment order and schedule our certified installation team to bring your community’s vision to life.
